About the event
Vinyasa on the Lake is a free event open to the public. We will meet each Sunday August 10 2025-August 31 2025 (weather permitting) at the south end of the park in the shade, between the beach volley ball courts and the C pavillion. This class is accessible to all levels. We will begin class building heat and energy flowing one breath to one movement, before we settle into more restorative postures. Please bring your own mat (or towel, or blanket) and water bottle. Water station available at center pavillion. Parking is free.
